Join us for a day filled with foraging fun!

We will have wild edible food experts Trent and Kristen Blizzard of Modern Forager, and Erica Marciniec of Wild Food Girl presenting on various foraging topics.

The days lessons and lunch will be $12 per person. Space is limited so you must RSVP at 970-319-3711 to reserve your spot.

Mushroom Foraging 101: High Country Edible Mushrooms

Did you know that Colorado is home to a natural bounty prized by chefs everywhere? These native culinary delights live at about 10,000 ft in Coniferous forests all around us- wild mushrooms!

Trent and Kristen Blizzard, founders of Modern Forager will open your eyes to our fungal friends, sharing pictures, advice, tips and maybe even a few secret spots too help you find baskets of success in 2019. Learning to hunt wild mushrooms is easier than you might think!
